Installing PC Access Flyer with PC Access for Windows

If you installed a previous version of PC Access Flyer, verify with your MLS that they updated your MLS system with the files necessary to run PC Access Flyer 2.00. If your MLS has not updated your MLS system with the files necessary to run PC Access Flyer 2.00, do not install PC Access Flyer 2.00 in your PC Access for Windows directory. Instead, install PC Access Flyer in its default directory:

C:\Program Files\MFM\Flyer2.

Search for PC Access for Windows on your computer by following this procedure:

1. Select: Start | Find | Files or Folders...
   
   
2. In the Find: All Files window, enter:

   PCAWIN.EXE

   in the Named: field.

3. Select:

   My Computer

   in the Look in: field.

4. Click the Find Now button.

After you verify that you installed PC Access for Windows on your computer, you can begin installing PC Access Flyer.

If you installed a previous version of PC Access Flyer, the installation procedure below will replace your previous version of PC Access Flyer with the latest version of PC Access Flyer.

1. Insert the PC Access Flyer CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.
   
   
2. On the Windows Taskbar, click Start | Run….
   
   
3. In the Open field on the Run dialog type:

   D:\SETUP.EXE

   Click OK. (This assumes your CD-ROM drive is D:. If your CD-ROM drive has a different drive letter, type it instead of D: in the command above.)

4. When SETUP.EXE prompts you for a directory, select the same directory where you installed PC Access for Windows. If you installed PC Access for Windows in the default directory, the directory is: C:\PCAWIN. If you installed PC Access for Windows to another directory, use the Browse button on the Setup window to find that directory. After you enter the new directory, click the Next button. Follow the prompts to complete the PC Access Flyer program installation.

The setup program creates a PC Access Flyer Program Group with the following shortcuts:

· Flyer Quick Start Help: the Quick Start Help provides basic instructions on how to connect to your MLS, download listings, enter your agent information, and print or e-mail a flyer.

· Flyer Reference Guide: this shortcut opens the PC Access Flyer Reference Guide.

· Uninstall: use this shortcut to Uninstall PC Access Flyer.

To start PC Access Flyer, click the Flyer button on the PC Access for Windows Main Menu.

After you click the Flyer button, PC Access Flyer displays the Activate PC Access Flyer window. On this window enter the Activation Key that came with your PC Access Flyer CD-ROM.

After you enter your Activation Key, PC Access Flyer displays the Register PC Access Flyer window.
