Internet Tab: Retrieve Internet Images

The Retrieve Internet images check box appears in the Internet Images group on the Setup | Internet tab.

If you check this box, PC Access Flyer will download images from the Internet for use in the flyers you create in a Flyer Wizard or History List session. Here is how it works:

· While PC Access Flyer imports the listings you downloaded from your MLS, it searches the Internet for the types of images you or PC Access Flyer specified in the Advanced Internet Options window. For example, if you selected the MapQuest Maps check box, PC Access Flyer will download a map for each one of the listings it imports.

· In most cases, PC Access Flyer will place the map it downloads on the Listings Editor | Internet Images tab or on the Addtl Photos tab.

VISTAInfo and your MLS worked together to customize many of the tabs and features in PC Access Flyer to better suit the needs of your geographic area. If VISTAinfo and your MLS customized PC Access Flyer:

· you may have several types of Internet images available for PC Access Flyer to download. For example, your area may have floor plans and demographic information available.

Note: if the Retrieve Internet images check box is gray (unselectable), your agent subdirectory does not contain the InternetImage.ini file. PC Access Flyer downloads the InternetImage.ini from your MLS when you download listings. If you have downloaded listings from your MLS, and the Retrieve Internet images check box is still gray, your MLS may not have this feature available.

By default, PC Access places a check mark in the Retrieve Internet images check box.
