Listings Editor Overview

The Listings Editor stores the listings you downloaded from your MLS. You can use the Listings Editor to add to or change existing listing information or manually add a listing to the listings you downloaded from your MLS.

Any changes you make to the listing information in the Listings Editor windows are persistent. This means your changes to a listing will appear in any flyers you create from that listing in future Flyer Wizard sessions. Any changes you make to the listing information does not affect listings currently in the History List.

VISTAinfo and your local MLS worked together to customize the tabs and fields in the Listings Editor to better suit the needs of your geographic area.

The following topics describe the Listings Editor's menu bar, toolbar, and tabs. Your Listings Editor window may not match the example Listings Editor window in these topics. However, your Listings Editor window will contain the same items on the menu bar and toolbar.

Click the Listings Editor button on the PC Access Flyer Main Menu window to open the Listings Editor window.

Note: If you are unable to access your downloaded listings in the Listings Editor, your listings may be corrupt. You can use one of the reset options on the Reset Database window to correct this type of problem.
