Listings Editor Window: Edit Menu

The items on the Edit menu help you locate specific portions of the listing information in the Listings Editor window.

The Edit menu on the Listings Editor window contains the following items:

· Find: you can click Edit | Find to open the Find window. In the Find what: field type the word or phrase you are looking for and click Find Next. PC Access Flyer will display the Property Browser tab. The Find window will locate the word or phrase you typed in the Find what: field in the Property Browser tab.

You can also click the Find button on the Listings Editor window toolbar or use the Ctrl + F keys on your keyboard to open the Find window.

· Replace: you can click Edit | Replace to open the Replace window. Type the word or phrase you would like to find in the Find what: box. Type your replacement word or phase in the Replace with: box and click Find Next. PC Access Flyer will display the Property Browser tab. The Replace window will locate the word or phrase you typed in the Find what: field in the Property Browser tab. When PC Access Flyer locates the text you typed in the Find what: box, click Replace to replace the existing text with the text you typed in the Replace with: box.

When you click Replace, PC Access Flyer will display the Confirm Replacement... window. On the Confirm Replacement...window, click Yes to replace the text. Click No and PC Access Flyer will not replace the text and it will close the Confirm Replacement... window and the Replace window.

You can also click the Replace button on the Listings Editor window toolbar or use the Ctrl + R keys on your keyboard to open the Replace window.
