Listings Editor Window: Internet Images Tab

The Internet Images tab may appear on the Listings Editor window.

Note: VISTAinfo and your local MLS worked together to customize the tabs and fields in the Listings Editor to better suit the needs of your geographic area. If VISTAinfo and your MLS customized the tabs, the fields on the Internet Images tab above may not match the fields on your Internet Images tab.

The Internet Images tab stores additional images that you may download from the Internet. These images are in addition to the listings and photos you download from your MLS. For more information on downloading Internet Images, see: Retrieve Internet Images.

The Internet Image tab, if it exists, contains several sub-windows. Each sub-window lets you add an additional photo to your listing. Each sub-window has these features in common:

· Photo title: this is the field name by which a template refers to the photo. If a listing has a photo with this field name, you can design a template that inserts this photo into a flyer. For more information on inserting the Internet image fields into a template, see: Properties of Image window. The photo titles do not appear in the Flyers you create in a Flyer Wizard session.

· Clear this Picture...: if you would like to remove an image, you can click this button. PC Access Flyer will display the Clear Image confirmation message. After you click Yes on this message, PC Access Flyer will remove the image.

· Change this Picture...: to add this photo to your listing, or to change the photo your listing already has, click the C (Change this Picture...) button. PC Access Flyer will display the Open Image File window. From the Open Image File window, you can select an interior or aerial photo for your listing. For more information, see: Open Image File window.

· Information about this picture...: you can click the ? button and PC Access Flyer will display the Image Info information message. The Image Info information message displays the file name and path of the photo.

The photos you can add to a listing, and their titles, depend on how your MLS has customized the fields in the Listings Editor. In the example above, the Internet Images tab accepts up to two Internet images, with these titles: Map Image from Internet and Image #2 from Internet.

Any changes you make to the photos on the tabs in the Listings Editor window are persistent. This means your changes to a listing will appear in any flyers you create from that listing in future Flyer Wizard sessions.
