Listings Editor Window: Property Browser Tab

The Property Browser tab appears on the Listings Editor window.

The Property Browser tab displays a table of your downloaded listings and listings you may have manually added in the tabs on the Listings Editor window. Each row contains information for one listing. Each column contains the values of a particular kind of data for all your listings.

The columns on the Property Browser tab represent each field on all of the tabs in the Listings Editor window. You will need to use the scroll bar on the bottom of the Listings Editor window to scroll through all of the columns on the Property Browser tab. You can use the scroll bar on the right side of the Property Browser tab to navigate through your listings.

Note: VISTAinfo and your local MLS worked together to customize the tabs and fields in the Listings Editor to better suit the needs of your geographic area. If VISTAinfo and your MLS customized the tabs, the fields on the Property Browser tab above may not match the fields on your Property Browser tab.

You can use the Property Browser tab to add or edit listing information. To add or edit listing information, click on the box containing the information you want to add or edit. Begin typing your changes or additions in the field.

Note: you cannot edit the listing's address in the Property Address column. You can edit the listing's address in the Main Info tab.

Any changes you make to the listing information on the tabs in the Listings Editor window are persistent. This means your changes to a listing will appear in any flyers you create from that listing in future Flyer Wizard sessions.
