Printing Tab: Halftone Angle

The Halftone angle spin control appears in the Printing Options group on the Setup | Printing tab.

Halftone angle controls the halftoning process on some black-and-white printers. The default halftone angle is 0, but you can choose any value from -360 to 360.

If you use a color printer or a laser printer and try different values in the Halftone angle spin control, you may not see a difference in the quality of the photos in your printed flyers. The Halftone angle spin control primarily affects older black-and-white printers, for example dot matrix printers.

Note: if the Halftone angle spin control is gray (unselectable), place a check mark in the Fast photo printing check box.
