Properties of Rich Text List Window: Left, Width, Top, Height Fields

The Left, Width, Top and Height fields appear on the Properties of Rich Text window.

· Left: this field displays the value in inches for the placement of the left border of the text box from the left border of the template. For example, if the Left field contains 4.281, this means the text box begins 4.281 inches from the left border of the template. You may change the placement of the text box by manually entering a new value in this field. You may find it is easier to return to the Template Designer window and click and drag the text box border to the desired location.

· Width: this field displays the value in inches for overall width of the text box. For example, if the Width field contains 2.031, this means the text box is 2.031 inches wide. You may change the width of the text box by manually entering a new value in this field. You may find it is easier to return to the Template Designer window and click and drag the text box border to the desired size.

· Top: this field displays the value in inches for the placement of the top border of the text box from the top border of the template. For example, if the Top field contains 7.729, this means the text box begins 7.729 inches from the top border of the template. You may change the placement of the text box by manually entering a new value in this field. You may find it is easier to return to the Template Designer window and click and drag the text box border to the desired location.

· Height: this field displays the value in inches for overall height of the text box. For example, if the Height field contains 0.469, this means the text box is 0.469 inches high. You may change the height of the text box by manually by entering a new value in this field. You may find it is easier to return to the Template Designer window and click and drag the text box border to the desired size.
