Properties of Rich Text Window: Show Only When Data is Available

The Show only when data is available check box appears on the Properties of Rich Text window.

You can select this check box to prevent a field from appearing in your flyer if a field contains data that matches the text in the Don't show fields when the only data is field on the Setup | Printing tab. For more information, see: Don't show fields when the only data is field.
