Quick Start: Flyer Wizard

Click the Flyer Wizard button on the PC Access Flyer Main Menu window. PC Access Flyer displays the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window.

The Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window displays a table of the listings you downloaded. To select a listing, click the check box in the column next to a listing. In the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window you will choose to print or e-mail the listing you select here.

Note: after you download listings, PC Access Flyer places a check mark in the Selected column of each listing. You can click the Unselect All button to unselect all of the listings.

After you select a listing, click the Next button to proceed to the Flyer Wizard | Step 2 window.

On the Flyer Wizard | Step 2 window, you select a template for your flyer. PC Access Flyer comes with several templates you can use to create professional quality flyers.

Click on the template you would like to use and click the Next button to proceed to the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window.

On the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window you can edit listing and agent information.

You can use the Listing Info tab or the Agent Info tab to make any changes you wish to your listing or agent information. When you finish making changes to your listing or agent information, or if you do not need to make any changes to your listing or agent information, click the Next button to proceed to the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window.

The Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window represents the last of four steps in the Flyer Wizard. In the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window you can make temporary changes to the appearance of your flyer and print or e-mail your flyer.

You can click the Print the Flyer Shown button to print a flyer. If you followed the instructions in the Quick Start: E-mail Setup topic, you can click the E-mail the Flyer Shown button to e-mail your flyer.
