PC Access Flyer Reference Guidefor PC Access Flyer 2.00.025Template Designer Window Horizontal ToolbarThe buttons on the horizontal tool bar on the Template Designer window let you: · add or remove listing information · add or remove agent information · navigate through your downloaded listings. The horizontal toolbar on the Template Designer window has the following buttons, drop-down list, and radio buttons: Save, Exit, Link to Data, Print, Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, Move, VCR-style, Zoom, Auto Fit, Fit to Height, and Fit to Width.
· Save: you can click the Save button to save changes to your template. You may also click File | Save.
· Exit: you can click the Exit button to close the Template Designer window and return to the Template Gallery window. You may also click File | Exit.
· Link to Data: when you are designing flyer templates, you may link to data by selecting Link to Data. Before you can link to data, you need to select a text box in your flyer template. When you click on Link to Data, PC Access Flyer displays the Drag & Drop Data Items window. From the Drag & Drop Data Items window, you may choose fields from the Properties tab, Agent Setup tab, or the Script tab to place on your flyer template. For more information, see: Drag & Drop Data Items window.
· Print: you can click the Print button to open the Print window. From the Print window, you can print your flyer. You may also click File | Print.
· Cut: after you use the Select tool to select an image or text, you can click the Cut button to remove it from the flyer template and store it on the Windows clipboard. You may also use the
· Copy: after you use the Select tool to select an image or text, click the Copy button to place a copy the text or image on the Windows clipboard. You may also use the
· Paste: after you cut or copy an image or text to the Windows clipboard, you can click the Paste button in the Template Designer window to paste the image or text from the Windows clipboard to your flyer template. You may only paste the last item you placed on the Windows clipboard. You may also use the
· Delete: after you use the Select tool to select an image or text, you can click the Delete button to remove the image or text from the flyer template. The delete button does not store the text or image on the Windows clipboard. You may also use the
· Undo: you can click the Undo button to move the last object you moved back to its previous location in your template.
· VCR-Style: you can use the VCR-style buttons to navigate through your downloaded listings. PC Access Flyer displays the listing's information in the template on the Template Designer window. You can also use the First, Previous, Next and Last menu items on the Record menu to navigate through your downloaded listings. PC Access Flyer displays the listing's address in the bar at the bottom of the Template Designer window.
· Zoom: the Zoom drop-down list contains the following options you can choose to control the size of the flyer in the Template Designer window: ¨ values between 20% and 300%: the numbers indicate the relationship between the flyer in the Template Preview pane and the size of the Template Designer window. ¨ Auto Fit: selecting Auto Fit from the drop-down list is equivalent to clicking the Auto Fit radio button. Auto Fit is the default option. ¨ Fit to Height: selecting Fit to Height from the drop-down list is equivalent to clicking the Fit to Height radio button. ¨ Fit to Width: selecting Fit to Width from the drop-down list is equivalent to clicking the Fit to Width radio button. ¨ the Zoom option does not change the actual size of the flyer you print or e-mail. The Zoom option only adjusts the size of the flyer in the Template Designer window.
· Auto Fit: you can click the Auto Fit radio button to adjust the size of the flyer to automatically fit in the Template Designer window. Clicking the Auto Fit radio button is equivalent to selecting Auto Fit from the Zoom drop-down list. Auto Fit is the default option in the Zoom drop-down list. ¨ The Auto Fit option does not change the actual size of the flyer you print or e-mail. The Auto Fit option only adjusts the size of the flyer in the Template Designer window.
· Fit to Height: click the Fit to Height radio button to adjust the size of the flyer to the height of the Template Designer window. Clicking the Fit to Height radio button is equivalent to selecting Fit to Height from the Zoom drop-down list. ¨ The Fit to Height option does not change the actual size of the flyer you print or e-mail. The Fit to Height option only adjusts the size of the flyer in the Template Designer window.
· Fit to Width: click the Fit to Width radio button to adjust the size of the flyer to the width of the Template Designer window. Clicking the Fit to Width radio button is equivalent to selecting Fit to Width from the Zoom drop-down list. ¨ The Fit to Width option does not change the actual size of the flyer you print or e-mail. The Fit to Width option only adjusts the size of the flyer in the Template Designer window.
