for PC Access Flyer 2.00.025

Utilities Tab: Reset Suppressed Messages Window

The Reset Suppressed Messages window appears when you click the Reset Messages... button in the Reset Suppressed Messages group on the Setup | Utilities tab.

The Reset Suppressed Messages window contains a list of the information messages and confirmation messages you told PC Access Flyer to stop displaying. Here are the steps you can take to prevent PC Access Flyer from displaying some of the information and confirmation messages:

  1. Most of the information and confirmation messages PC Access Flyer displays contains the Don't ask me again check box.

  2. If you do not want PC Access Flyer to display a certain message repeatedly, check the Don't ask me again check box.

  3. When you check the Don't ask me again check box, PC Access Flyer will not display the message again and adds the message to the Reset Suppressed Messages window.

For example, the first time you print or e-mail a flyer in the Flyer Wizard, PC Access Flyer displays the FC-1245 Return to Main Menu? confirmation message. If you always want to return to the Main Menu after you print or e-mail a flyer, check the Don't ask me again check box on the confirmation message and click Yes. The next time you use the Flyer Wizard to print or e-mail a flyer, PC Access Flyer will not display the confirmation message and return to the Main Menu.

When you check the Don't ask me again check box on any information message or confirmation message, PC Access Flyer places the title of the message on the Reset Suppressed Messages window. If you decide that want PC Access Flyer to display a certain message again, you can remove the message title from this window. Here are the steps you can take to remove messages from this window:

  1. From the Reset Suppressed Messages window, click on the message's title.

  2. When you click on the message's title, PC Access Flyer will remove the asterisk in front of the message. PC Access Flyer will remove the messages that do not contain an asterisk in front of the message title after you click the OK button.

After you remove a message from the Reset Suppressed Messages window, PC Access Flyer will display the message again.
