Utilities Tab: User Named Property Listings Fields Window

PC Access Flyer displays the User Named Property Listings Fields window when you click the User Named Fields button in the User Named Property Fields group on the Setup | Utilities tab.

You can use the fields in this window to add your own fields to your downloaded listings. Here is how it works:

If you are creating a flyer for a listing that has a Pool and Spa combination, but your MLS does not contain a field for a Pool and Spa combination, you can add your own field in this window. In the example above, we added Pool/Spa Combo in the Name of User Field 1: field.

Before the Pool/Spa Combo field will appear in a flyer, you need to add it to a flyer template. For more information on adding fields to a flyer template, see the Drag & Drop Data Items window in the Template Designer.

After you add the field to a template, you can add text to the Pool/Spa Combo field in the:

· Property Browser tab in the Listings Editor window

· Listing Info tab in the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window

Note: the fields you add using the User Named Property Listings Fields window will not appear on the Main Info, Addtl Info 1, Addtl Info 2, Rooms, Features 1, Features2, Photo/Remarks, or the Addtl Photos tab in the Listings Editor.
