What the Flyer Wizard Remembers

The Flyer Wizard lets you change several things on your way to printing or e-mailing one or more flyers. Your changes are either persistent or temporary. A change is persistent if PC Access Flyer stores the change until you change it again in a future Flyer Wizard session or in some other part of PC Access Flyer. A change is temporary if it only lasts until you end your current Flyer Wizard session.

Any changes you make to the following items are persistent:

· Any changes or additions you make to the text in the Field Value column on the Listing Info tab on the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window.

· Any changes or additions you make to the text in the Field Value column on the Agent Info tab on the Flyer Wizard | Step 3 window.

Any changes you make to the following items are temporary:

· Any changes or additions you make to the text in the Edit Plain Text window or the Edit Rich Text window.

· Any changes you make to the appearance of your flyer(s) on the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window. For example, changes you make using the Left, Top, Width, Height boxes.

Since PC Access Flyer does not store these temporary changes, they only affect flyers you print or e-mail from your current Flyer Wizard session. If you choose to exit the Flyer Wizard without printing or e-mailing any flyer, any temporary changes you made will have no effect at all.

Furthermore, you can also lose some selections by navigating backwards in the Flyer Wizard:

· Clicking the Back button on the Flyer Wizard | Step 4 window causes the Flyer Wizard to discard the temporary changes you made in the Flyer Preview pane.

· Clicking the Back button on the Flyer Wizard | Step 1 window causes the Flyer Wizard to forget which listings you selected. The next time you run the Flyer Wizard you will have to re-select the listings you want to make into flyers.
