PC Access Flyer Reference Guide

for PC Access Flyer 2.00.025

What the History List Remembers

The History List lets you make temporary changes to the appearance and/or text of flyers you previously printed or e-mailed in a Flyer Wizard session.

Any changes you make to the following items are temporary, that is, they only last until you end your current History List session:

· Any changes or additions you make to the text in the Edit Plain Text window or the Edit Rich Text window.

· Any changes you make to the appearance of your flyers on the History List | Step 2 window. For example, changes you make using the Left, Top, Width, Height boxes.

Since PC Access Flyer does not store these temporary changes, they only affect flyers you print or e-mail from your current History List session. If you choose to exit the History List without printing or e-mailing any flyers, any temporary changes you made will have no effect at all.

Furthermore, you can also lose some selections by navigating backwards in the History List:

· Clicking the Back button on the History List | Step 2 window causes the History List to discard the temporary changes you made in the Flyer Preview pane.

· Clicking the Back button on the History List | Step 1 window causes the History List to forget which listings you selected. The next time you use the History List you will have to re-select the listings you want to print or e-mail.

If you want to make persistent changes to a flyer that appears in the History List, you will need to create a new flyer using the Flyer Wizard.
