for PC Access
E-mail a Listing
After you set up your Internet connection and complete the E-mail Setup window, you are ready to e-mail a listing from PC Access.
If you need to complete the E-mail Setup window or set up your Internet connection, see: Setting up E-mail.
Follow the steps below to e-mail a listings from PC Access.
- Run a search for listings. If you need assistance running a search, see: Sample Maestro Search or Sample Compass Search.
- To e-mail a listing:
¨ Maestro users: right-click on a listing and select Internet E-mail Listing and Full Photo.
¨ Compass users: click on a listing and select Internet E-Mail Listing and Full Photo or Internet E-mail Listing and Summary Photo.
America Online users cannot use the Internet E-Mail Listing and Full Photo or Internet E-mail Listing and Summary Photo menu item to send e-mail. Instead, select Edit | Copy on the PC Access menu bar to copy the listing, Tools | Send E-mail to open an e-mail window, and choose Edit | Paste to insert the listing into the e-mail.
- After you select Internet E-Mail Listing and Full Photo or Internet E-mail Listing and Summary Photo, PC Access displays the E-mail Message window.

- Enter your client's e-mail address in the E-Mail To: field. In the Message pane, you can type a personal message to your client. Click OK to send your e-mail message. The PC Access e-mail program will activate your Windows dial-up networking, log in to your Internet account and send your e-mail message.
