The Modem Setup window appears when you click the Modem button on the Advanced Setup Menu window. Use this window to control how PC Access connects to and dials your modem.
When the Modem Setup window first appears, it displays several command buttons and setup items. The setup items are: Pick, Port, Test, and Term.
To edit additional setup items, click the More>> button on the Modem Setup window. The following setup items appear: Dial Command, Reset Command, Default Initialize Command, Maximum Redial Attempts, Time Division Window, and Disable Comm Events.
The Modem Setup window also displays a Status Line showing you some information about your serial port settings in Windows.
