The Reset User Authorization window appears when you:
· Click the Reset button on the User Authorization window.
· Click the Yes button on the No install counts available message window.
You can only use this window if you are talking to a PC Access technical support representative. If you are not talking to a support representative, click the Cancel button to close this window.
You need to use the Reset User Authorization window if PC Access cannot find your User Authorization, or if your User Authorization has become corrupted. The window displays your PC Access Serial Number. Recite this to your technical support representative. The representative will then give you a number to enter in the Reset Code field. You must type the number exactly as the representative reads it to you. A safe method is to have the representative read you two digits at a time, and after you type the two digits, you read them back. After you type the Reset Code, click the OK button to reset your User Authorization.
