Reset Registration Window

(Contents)(Previous)(Next)

The Reset Registration window appears when all these conditions are true:

1. PC Access cannot find your license file.

2. You have already registered your copy of PC Access.

3. You click the Yes button when PC Access asks you if you want to reset your registration information.

You can only use the Reset Registration window if you are talking to a PC Access technical support representative. If you are not talking to a support representative, click the Cancel button to close this window.

You need to use the Reset Registration window if you lose your license file. The window displays a Validation Code. Recite this to your technical support representative. The representative will then give you a number to enter in the Reset Code field. You must type the number exactly as the representative reads it to you. A safe method is to have the representative read you two digits at a time, and after you type the two digits, you read them back. After you type the Reset Code, click the OK button to reset your registration. PC Access then displays the Register PC Access window, where you can re-enter your registration information.
