Problem: "When I print a report from my BORIS Maestro System or BORIS Master System MLS, I get an empty box or a solid black rectangle where a photo should appear."
Solution: Un-check the Fast Photo Printing box on the Add/Edit Printer window for the printer you are using to print the report.
