You clicked the RIN Desktop button on the Accessories Menu window to run the RIN Desktop from PC Access for Windows. However, PC Access cannot locate your RIN desktop software. Either you have not installed the RIN desktop software on your computer, or you have installed it on a different drive than where you installed PC Access for Windows.
