You will get this error if you try to use PC Access and there is no User Authorization on your hard drive. To correct the problem, exit PC Access, put the disk labeled "PC Access for Windows - Disk 1" in the floppy drive, and restart PC Access.
If this message continues to appear, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
