Your PC Access distribution diskette contains a file named PCAWINEV.EXE. This file must be present in your PC Access executable directory to enable PC Access to run. Normally when you install PC Access, the SETUP.EXE program copies PCAWINEV.EXE to your PC Access executable directory. However, on your computer, either this didn't happen or some person or program deleted this file later.
You must copy PCAWINEV.EXE from your distribution diskette to your PC Access executable directory. Your PC Access executable directory is C:\PCAWIN (unless you specified another drive or directory when you installed PC Access). You may copy PCAWINEV.EXE using the Windows File Manager.
