You have reached the point in the PC Access install (or a re-install) where PC Access is ready to copy your user authorization to your hard disk. Keep your "PC Access for Windows Disk 1" in the diskette drive from which you are installing (or re-installing) PC Access, and click the OK button on the message window to continue.
