PC Access is unable to locate your User Authorization on either your hard disk or on your "PC Access for Windows Disk 1."

A possible cause of this error message is that you have installed PC Access on another computer. You may only install the User Authorization for PC Access on one computer at a time. If you want to run PC Access on this PC you must first uninstall the User Authorization from your other PC. To uninstall your User Authorization, put the disk labeled "PC Access for Windows Disk 1" in the computer that contains the User Authorization. Start PC Access on that PC and open the Advanced Setup Menu window. Select the Authorization button to open the User Authorization window, and then select the Uninstall button.

Once you have uninstalled the User Authorization from your other PC you may insert Disk 1 into this PC and run PC Access again.

If you have not installed PC Access on another computer, then you may have lost your User Authorization altogether. (For example, perhaps you are attempting to reinstall PC Access after deleting it from your hard drive without having first uninstalled it.) The only remedy is to call your technical support representative and ask for a reset user authorization code. If you are ready to reset your user authorization now, click the Yes button on the message window and call your representative.
