


Each copy of PC Access comes with a unique serial number on the distribution diskette number one. When you install PC Access from your distribution diskettes, the copy on your hard disk has the same serial number as your distribution diskette number one. Later, if PC Access prompts you to insert your distribution diskette number one into your diskette drive, you must insert the same diskette from which you originally installed PC Access on this computer.
In a large office, you may have multiple copies of PC Access. You must keep the distribution diskettes for each copy of PC Access with the computer on which you installed that copy. If you mix your diskettes up, you may see this error message.
To straighten out your diskettes, check the serial number on the label of each diskette number one against the serial number on the PC Access Main Menu window of each of your copies of PC Access. When you find the correct diskette for the copy of PC Access on this computer, insert it into your diskette drive and try the current operation again.
If this message continues to appear, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
