The Administrator Password window appears when you click the Setup button on the Main Menu window, under this condition:
· You have previously specified a password in the Administrator Password field on the Defaults Setup window. Thereafter you must know the administrator password to change the PC Access setup.
The Administrator Password window has a Password field. You may type the administrator password there. After you type the password, press the Enter key or click the OK button. If you type the password correctly, the program displays the Setup Assistant or Advanced Setup Menu window. (You can control which window appears with the Use Setup Assistant check box on the Defaults Setup window.) If you type the password incorrectly, the program displays an Access Denied dialog window.
Be sure the Password field is current before you start typing the password. (The field is current when the window first appears. When the field is current, it is highlighted. It will only become non-current if you highlight another object, for example by hitting the Tab key. You can make the Password field current again by clicking on it with the mouse.)
The Administrator Password window does not appear in the Agent version of PC Access. If you are running your own Agent version, you may freely change your program setup.
