If you select Time Division/Hardware as your Flow Control method on the MLS Setup or Edit Phone Book Entry window, PC Access uses the value of this field to determine how long to wait after your modem signals RTS (ready to send) before returning control to Windows. This setting may be helpful for correcting communication errors that resist other remedies.
