The Calling From window appears when you begin a modem session, if you have selected Ask for Dialing Location on the MLS Setup window or Add/Edit Phone Book Entry window for the remote computer system you are calling. You begin a modem session in one of two ways:
1. By clicking the Call MLS button from the Main Menu window; or
2. By selecting a remote service to call from the Phone Book Select window, and clicking the Dial button.
The Calling From window asks you to identify where you are calling from: (Home, Office, or Other). This tells PC Access which telephone number to dial to reach the remote service. (You may enter different telephone numbers to dial from each location. See MLS Setup (Dialing Tab) for more information.)
