Download Tagged Listings window

The Download Tagged Listings window appears when you download listing data from your MLS as part of the interface to an accessory program. Currently, the Accessory programs that rely on this download interface are Waypoint Navigate!, and the MFM Flyer and (3Q 1997) CMA accessories.

The procedure for starting a download depends on your MLS. The following procedures let you download listing data to the Waypoint Navigate! accessory, if your MLS is Waypoint-aware:

· BORIS Master: The Download Tagged Listings window appears automatically if you log off your MLS after tagging property listings in PC Access and leaving them tagged.

· BORIS Maestro: instead of tagging listings in PC Access, you Tag or Mark them on the MLS using the F5 function key (or PC Access Speed Button if you are using the standard Maestro Speed Buttons). You can Tag listings on Maestro after you have displayed them with in One-Line format after running Search, Update, Lookup, or any other Maestro command that displays listings. Once you have tagged the listings you want to download, press F8 to accept and proceed to the next Maestro ring menu. The ring menu will contain an ellipsis: (...). Click on the ellipsis to display additional ring menu items. Select Navigate. The Download Tagged Listings window should appear.

The Download Tagged Listings window has the following fields and buttons:

· The Total Tagged Listings field shows the number of listings you had tagged when you logged off your MLS.

· The Include radio button group lets you specify the type of photos you want to download. Your choices are Large Photos, Quick Photos, Both, or None.

· Click the OK button to download these listings. PC Access downloads a file containing data for your tagged listings. This file is in a format suitable for the Waypoint Navigate! Mapping accessory and the other MFM accessory programs.

· Click the Cancel button if you decide you do not want to download these listings.
