Can't Log in to MLS

You can dial your MLS, the Terminal window opens, but you can't log in. If this happens only occasionally, you may have gotten a noisy telephone line or connected to a defective modem at your MLS. Try again and see if the problem goes away. If you can never log into your MLS, check for the following possible problems:

· Incorrect agent setup. Your MLS Login and MLS Password must be exactly what your MLS provider told you.

· If the MLS requires an ABM, you must check the Use ABM box on the MLS Setup window. You must also specify the correct ABM File on the MLS Setup window.

· The MLS has not activated your account.

· Your modem is incompatible with the modems at the MLS. Try another brand of modem if possible.

· Check your terminal emulation.

The Scroll Back should have recorded your failed Terminal session. This may be important information if you need to call your MLS provider or a PC Access support representative about this problem.
