You should only see this error message if you are running a network version of PC Access. If you have installed a single copy of PC Access on a non-networked computer, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
This error indicates that PC Access cannot find your localPath directory. The error message reports the actual directory name that PC Access cannot find.
PC Access reads the name of the localPath directory from the corresponding line in your PCAWIN.INI file, in the [Network] section. When you ran the \PCAWIN\WORKSTA\SETUP.EXE program on your network server's drive to set up PC Access on your workstation, the SETUP.EXE program created your PCAWIN.INI file in your \WINDOWS or \WINNT directory. The SETUP.EXE program should have set your localPath to C:\WINDOWS or C:\WINNT on your workstation's local drive. If your workstation is diskless, your localPath may point to a directory on a network drive, e.g., F:\WINDOWS.
In your Windows File Manager or Explorer, check the directory PC Access cannot find. Make sure it still exists and that you have full access to it. You may need to ask your network administrator for assistance if (s)he has unmapped or re-mapped your network's drives recently.
