The Setup Assistant - MLS Setup window appears when you click the Basic button on the Setup Assistant window. You can also reach this window by clicking the Prev button on the Setup Assistant - Agent Setup window.
This window has the following input field and radio button groups: Phone Number to Dial, Speed, and Emulation.
