Change Page Headers Window

(Contents)(Previous)(Next)

This window appears when you select any of the following:

· The Headers and Footer button on the Add/Edit Agent window or the Test Printer window.

· The Printing | Headers & Footer ... menu item on the Terminal window. The Scroll Back window and the Slide Show window have identical menu items that also open the Change Page Headers window.

The Change Page Headers window allows you to change your page headers. If you opened the window from the Add/Edit Agent window, your changes become part of your agent setup when you click the OK button. If you opened the window from Terminal, Scroll Back, or Slide Show window, you may temporarily change your page headers until you close the window from which you opened the Change Page Headers window.

This window contains three fields showing your current page headers. PC Access will print the contents of these fields at the top of whatever you print. The Page Headers and Footer group contains the following check boxes:

· Turn Off Page Headers: check this box if you want to stop PC Access from printing your page headers. This lets you leave your page headers in their fields so you can turn them on again later. For some host reports, you may need to turn off page headers to provide enough vertical space.

· Turn Off Page Footer: check this box to stop PC Access from printing its customary "Prepared by:" line at the bottom of each page.

· Box Around Headers: check this box if you want PC Access to draw a box around your page headers on your printouts.

· Box Around Footer: check this box if you want PC Access to draw a box around your page footer on your printouts.
