PC Access is unable to create a timer. This is a Windows resource that permits PC Access to do something periodically (such as poll a device). Windows provides a limited number of timers. If you were running other applications when you started PC Access, they may have used all the available Windows timers and left none for PC Access.
Do this:
1. Close PC Access and all other Windows applications you may be running.
2. Exit Windows.
3. Restart Windows by typing WIN at the DOS prompt.
4. Restart PC Access for Windows.
5. Repeat the steps that produced this error message.
If you still get this error message, then follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
