You can't open the Scroll Back window until you have logged into a remote computer service and accumulated some scroll back data. For example, if you call your MLS and look up a few listings, PC Access will automatically record the text from your online session into the scroll back buffer. You could then view this text by clicking the Scroll Back button on the PC Access Main Menu window.
