The most likely cause of this error message is that your PC Access printer setup file (PCAWIN.PTR) is corrupt. You can create a new one with the following procedure:

2. Delete the file: PCAWIN.PTR
3. Re-start PC Access.
4. Open the Printer Setup window and re-Add the printers you need.
