


This error message can only occur when you are attempting to install the PC Access alternate user authorization at the advice of a technical support representative. The message can occur under at least the following conditions:
· You are attempting to install PC Access to a network drive. To use the alternate user authorization, you must install PC Access to a local drive. If you do not have a network version of PC Access and you would like to install PC Access on your network, contact your MLS or Moore Data Management Systems to order a network version of PC Access.
· You are attempting to install PC Access to a Windows NT computer. While the PC Access user authorization normally works under Windows NT, the alternate user authorization does not. The only reason you would be trying to install the alternate user authorization is that you must have been unable to install the user authorization to your computer. If so, it may be that your computer is one of the extremely few which are unable to run PC Access.
· You are attempting to install PC Access on a Windows 95 or Windows 97 computer onto a FAT32-formatted hard disk. The alternate user authorization is not compatible with FAT32; you must install it onto a FAT-formatted hard disk.
If you get this error message under any other circumstances, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
