Your User Authorization is already installed. You do not need to re-install it now.
You have asked the UAM to install your user authorization, but there is already a valid user authorization on your hard drive. The UAM will not allow you to waste an additional install count by needlessly installing a new user authorization on top of an existing working user authorization.
