You have selected not to install the User Authorization now. PC Access will not operate without a valid User Authorization.
When the UAM asked you if you wanted to continue and use one of your install counts, you clicked the No button. This means you did not use the install count, but it also means you did not install the user authorization. Without a valid user authorization installed on your hard drive you will not be able to run PC Access on this computer.
