


Error 5, 8 or 33: The UAM could not create the User Authorization file on your hard drive. Run SCANDISK with Full Surface Analysis (or "Thorough" option in Windows 95 or NT) on the hard drive and then try installing the User Authorization again.
The UAM was unable to write the user authorization file to the hard drive. If SCANDISK does not clear up the problem, temporarily disable any virus scanning software and try again. If you still cannot install the user authorization, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
