Cannot find old License File from PC Access version 4.00. You cannot install this Upgrade edition of PC Access without this file.
The UAM requires a valid PC Access version 4.00 License File to install your 4.20 Upgrade edition. Please make sure your PC Access 4.00 Disk 1 has a file called PCAWIN.LIC on it. If it doesn't, look for this file in your old PC Access 4.00 executable directory on the hard drive. If you find it there, copy it to your PC Access 4.00 Disk 1 and try again.
If you cannot find the old license file, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
