Error 9: The UAM was unable to uninstall the user authorization from your hard drive to your Disk 1. Make sure you have a valid User Authorization on the hard drive, and that it is uninstallable. If PC Access runs properly on your hard drive, then you have a valid user authorization there. Only the disk tie user authorization is uninstallable. The machine tie user authorization is not uninstallable. Most agent version and office/broker version copies of PC Access use the machine tie user authorization.
If you believe you have a disk tie user authorization on your hard drive, yet you cannot uninstall it, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
