


The UAM was trying to see if it had previously backed up a user authorization from this computer. However, an error occurred while the UAM was copying a user authorization file. Try running SCANDISK with full surface analysis ("Thorough" option in Windows 95 or NT) on your hard drive. After SCANDISK is done, try running the UAM Install again. If it still fails, run the UAM Install again and tell it not to try using the backed up user authorization files.
