When the UAM installs your user authorization, it normally checks first to see how many install counts are left on your Disk 1. (You must have at least one remaining install count to install PC Access.) An error prevented the UAM from reading the number of remaining install counts. If you click the OK button, the UAM will try to continue installing the user authorization anyway. If the UAM fails to install the user authorization, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
