The UAM was unable to verify that your user authorization on the hard drive was present and valid before resetting your registration. The error message gives a code number and names the directory where it is looking for your user authorization. Check to insure that this directory is your PC Access executable directory . You must have a valid user authorization installed on your hard drive to reset your registration. If PC Access will run on your computer, you do have a valid user authorization installed on your hard drive. If the UAM is looking in the correct directory, and PC Access actually does run on your computer, write down the error code number and follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
