Disk 1 may have a bad sector

Error 3, 11 or 12: Disk 1 may have a bad sector. Try again and if this same error occurs, call PC Access Technical Support for assistance.

While the UAM was trying to verify the user authorization on your Disk 1, it found what appears to be a bad sector on the disk. This usually indicates that your Disk 1 is damaged. Remove and reinsert Disk 1 and try again. If the UAM still reports this error, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.. In many of these cases a technical support representative will be able to help you install your user authorization by issuing you a special code that you type into the UAM.
