Your Disk 1 is permanently disabled because you tried to use an invalid reset code too many times in a row. Attempting to guess a valid reset code will disable your Disk 1 and you will have to purchase a new copy. To get to this point you would have had to ignore several messages that warned you of exactly these consequences. If you are absolutely certain this is not what happened, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
