


Error 6 or 13: The disk in the diskette drive doesn't match the User Authorization on your hard drive. Make sure you are using the correct PC Access Disk 1 and try again.
The UAM has determined that the serial number of the user authorization on your hard drive does not match the serial number of the user authorization on your Disk 1. This should only occur if you have more than one copy of PC Access and you accidentally inserted the Disk 1 from a copy you did not install on this computer. Make sure you are using the set of disks that you originally used to install PC Access on this computer and try again. If you cannot correct the problem, follow the instructions for an Internal Error.
