The UAM found a PCAWIN.LIC file on your PC Access 4.00 Disk 1, but the UAM cannot read the file. Please make sure the file is a valid license file and try again. (Note for advanced users: the license file is a plain text file, and you should be able to view it with the MS-DOS TYPE command.) If you have a copy of PCAWIN.LIC in your old PC Access version 4.00 executable directory, you can copy that license file to the PC Access 4.00 Disk 1.
